At HeyPaarth, we aim to deliver your orders safely and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines our process and timelines.
1. Order Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
- Custom and bulk orders may require additional processing time depending on quantity and design complexity.
⚠️ Important: Once production starts, the order cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Production Time
- Standard production time: 3–7 business days
- Bulk orders: May take longer depending on volume
3. Shipping Time
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Other locations: 3–7 business days
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout (or free above a certain order value if applicable).
- Additional charges may apply for remote locations or bulk shipments.
5. Tracking Orders
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email/WhatsApp.
6. Delays & Liability
HeyPaarth is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier partners
- Natural disasters
- Government restrictions
- Incorrect shipping details provided by customer
7. Incorrect Address / Failed Delivery
- If you provide incorrect address/phone number:
- Re-shipping charges will apply
- If order is returned to us:
- Customer must pay re-delivery charges
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos
We will investigate and provide resolution accordingly.
