Return & Refund Policy – HeyPaarth

1. Custom Products Policy (Very Important)
All custom printed products (including custom t-shirts, DTF prints, bulk customized orders):
🚫 ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND NON-REFUNDABLE IN ALL CASES
Once:
- Design is approved
- OR production has started
👉 No cancellation, no return, no refund will be accepted under any circumstances.
2. Reason for This Policy
Custom products are:
- Made specifically for you
- Not resellable to others
Hence, we enforce a strict no-return policy.
3. Non-Custom Products (If Applicable)
For non-custom/plain products:
Return/Replacement is only allowed if:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged product received
- Manufacturing defect
4. Reporting Issues (Non-Custom Only)
- Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide:
- Order ID
- Photo/video proof

5. Refund Process (If Approved)
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–10 working days
- Credited to original payment method
6. Bulk Orders Policy
- Bulk custom orders are strictly non-returnable & non-refundable
- Customers are advised to order a sample before bulk production
7. Order Cancellation
- Cancellation allowed only before production starts
- Once printing begins → ❌ No cancellation
8. Size & Color Disclaimer
- Customers must check size chart carefully before ordering
- Slight color variations may occur due to screen vs print differences
